Medieval life- Crime and punishment 2014, Facebook, accessed 23 March 2015, <http://www.historyonthenet.com/medieval_life/crimeandpunishment.htm>.
This text is intended for people over the age of ten years old, as younger people wouldn't understand. It informs the reader about the prisons, how punishments were in forced, the court and the ideal by fire. It is relevant to what I am writing about, because it does brief descriptions on most things I wanted to know about. I was not able to find a author which does make the site questionable, and maybe even unreliable.
Medieval Torture and Punishment 2014, Google plus, accessed 23 March 2015, <http://www.medieval-life-and-times.info/medieval-torture-and-punishment/>.
I yet again believe that this site is intended for people over the age of ten. It informs readers about torture, punishment, chambers and dungeons, this is what i was writing my first page about so it does have a lot of relevance. It told me a lot about some key points in crime and punishment but was not the most helpful sight. I could not find the author for this page but i have found a lot of other websites that have the same information and i do believe what this sight says.
Eleanor of Aquitiane 2014, Women in World history, accessed 23 March 2015, <http://www.womeninworldhistory.com/heroine2.html>.
This text is aimed not for very young readers, but is not to hard to understand. It talks about Eleanors marriages, reigns and servants. This is relevant because my piece is all about her life and for she lived, and those three parts are all based on that. It gives an insightful view into Eleanors marriages, which is helpful when writing. I believe the Author is Tim Newark, but i am not entirely sure. I believe that this webpage is quite reliable.
The Battle of Hastings 2015, Twitter, accessed 23 March 2015, <http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/the-battle-of-hastings>
This site is readable for any age, as there are not to many complex/hard words. In talks about the fighting in that battle and what went on, which isn't exactly what i was looking for but was still helpful to know. In gave pretty good insight into the fighting and how everything happened. I could not find the Author and I am not fully convinced this sight is reliable as some things I had never heard about.
The Battle of Hastings 2014, Twitter, accessed 23 March 2015, <http://www.britishbattles.com/norman-conquest/battle-hastings.htm>.
This site could be read by any reader as most of the information is easy to interpret. It talks about the date of the battle, place of the battle, army size and hoe the battle actually happened. It gives an insight on how the battle played out and timing, which I did not find on many other sites. I could not find the author but i do believe this website is reliable as many other websites talk about similar things.
